By downloading or using Reel Log ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of Reel Log. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription

Reel Log offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks full access to all features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a term upon cancellation.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Reel Log only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the catch data, notes, and photos you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and sync that data on your behalf using our cloud infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
